11 years ago, Javi discovered that her mission in life was to support those entrepreneurs who are not afraid to do things differently. She started working in a public-private Think Tank with a Latin American scale, where she was introduced to mentoring entrepreneurs to improve their pitches to raise capital, and help them improve their business models. In 2015, she embarked on the path of entrepreneurship, creating - together with other colleagues - Regenerativa, a consultancy firm with a dynamic and collaborative model of professionals specializing in Circular Business Models, and here she experienced the challenges of entrepreneurship first-hand. Subsequently, together with the Chilean Economic Development Agency and StartUp-Chile, Javi was in charge of national and international innovation programmes (with a focus on Circular Economy and Green Tech).

This Chilean native ventured to leave her status quo to insert herself in the old continent to continue collaborating with dynamic innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems. She recently specialized in Strategy and International Business in the UK, and in Finance and Private Equity inBarcelona.
