Hector is a financial professional with more than seven years of experience in the sector. Hector has a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Universidad de Monterrey back in Mexico and an International MBA with specialization in Structured Finance and Private Equity from EADA Business School in Barcelona, where he developed a deep curiosity for the startup ecosystem and innovative and sustainable business models. 

Hector started his professional career in 2014 as a Corporate Finance Consultant in Deloitte Mexico, where he advised companies in M&A, valuation and fund raising in  a great variety of sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality, energy and financial services. After his experience in Deloitte, Hector joined Carza, a leading real estate developer in the north of Mexico where he was manager of a public fund dedicated to invest in projects across the country. There he was in charge of the financial planning, project evaluation and investor relations, communicating every key information to the shareholders of the company and the fund. There he was able to work with multidisciplinary teams where the most important strategic decisions of the company were taken.
